5. Sample and Enquiry Process

Complimentary first samples are provided at our discretion. Courier charges are borne by the requester unless otherwise agreed. Sample requests do not create a commercial commitment on either side until a signed purchase order is issued and accepted. MOQ, lead time, and pricing are confirmed at order stage.

6. Certifications and Claims

All certification claims (GOTS, OEKO-TEX, ZDHC, ISO, Fair Trade, BSCI, Sedex, C-TPAT, and others) refer to currently active certificates. Certificate numbers and scope documents are available on request. Certifications may be renewed, updated, or suspended by the certifying body from time to time; up-to-date status is confirmed in writing upon request.

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the website or its content.
