Therefore, strict quality parameters are not just set but also continuously compared and regulated throughout the manufacturing processes. Implementation of ISO 9001:2008, extensive use of ERP, and a well-defined and comprehensive Quality Policy (QP) with strict compliance are just some of the tools used to achieve the end objective.

We have an in-house, independent quality assurance department, which works under the supervision of the COO---a group of people who are the eyes and ears of the top management. They see the real time picture of the actual quality being delivered to the customer.
