What does Union Fabrics manufacture?
Union Fabrics is a vertically integrated textile manufacturer in Karachi, Pakistan, operating four divisions: home and utility bedding, woven and laminated fabrics, sustainable denim, and ladies' eastern wear. We produce dyed and printed bed sets, functional and down-proof fabrics, mattress ticking, hospitality and healthcare linen, denim, and ready-to-wear apparel.
Do you offer OEM and private label manufacturing?
Yes. Union Fabrics is a full-service OEM and private label textile manufacturer. We develop and produce to your specifications, from design brief to finished, branded product, including custom constructions, prints, finishes, packaging, and labeling for retailers and brands worldwide.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Minimum order quantities vary by product type, fabric construction, and level of customization. Share your program requirements and our sales team will confirm the exact MOQ, pricing, and lead time for your order.
What certifications does Union Fabrics hold?
Union Fabrics maintains around 30 active certifications and programs, including GOTS organic, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and Class 1, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, ZDHC Level 2, Global Recycled Standard (GRS), Organic Content Standard (OCS), Better Cotton (BCI), Sedex SMETA, amfori BSCI, Fair Trade, and C-TPAT. Certificate numbers and scope documents are available on request.
Are you a GOTS-certified organic cotton manufacturer?
Yes. Union Fabrics is GOTS certified for organic cotton and also works with OCS-certified organic content, GRS-certified recycled fibers, Better Cotton, and regenerative cotton, supported by full traceability from fiber to finished product.
Do you export and ship internationally, including to the US and EU?
Yes. Union Fabrics is an established textile exporter shipping to retailers and brands across five continents, including the United States and the European Union. As a Pakistan-based mill we supply the EU under GSP+ duty-free access and support EDI replenishment programs for large accounts.
What are your typical lead times?
Lead times depend on product type, order volume, and customization. Lab dips typically turn around in about 5 to 7 days, and full production timelines are confirmed with your order. Because we are vertically integrated, from yarn to finished product under one roof, we maintain tighter control over lead times.
Can I request fabric samples before placing an order?
Yes. We provide complimentary first samples, with DHL courier billed at cost, and a typical lab-dip turnaround of 5 to 7 days. Requesting samples creates no commercial commitment until a purchase order is issued and accepted.
Is Union Fabrics a vertically integrated textile mill?
Yes. Union Fabrics is a fully vertically integrated mill running weaving, knitting, wet processing, dyeing, digital and rotary printing, lamination, and stitching in-house across seven facilities in Karachi. This single-source, yarn-to-finished-product model gives buyers control over quality, lead times, and compliance.
Do you manufacture hotel, hospitality, and healthcare bedding?
Yes. Union Fabrics manufactures institutional-grade bedding and linen for the hospitality and healthcare sectors, including hotel bed linen, duvets, mattress protectors, encasements, and finished utility bedding engineered to withstand industrial laundering.
What functional and technical fabrics do you produce?
Union Fabrics produces functional fabrics including down-proof and fiber-proof fabrics with regulated air permeability, OEKO-TEX certified waterproof fabrics that withstand industrial laundering, and fabrics with antimicrobial and anti-dust-mite finishes for premium bedding and protection applications.
What makes Union Fabrics a sustainable textile manufacturer?
Union Fabrics is powered by on-site renewable energy, including wind and solar generation, recycles the majority of its process water through membrane bioreactor technology, and holds ZDHC Level 2 chemical compliance. Combined with GOTS organic, GRS recycled, and Fair Trade programs, this supports responsible, low-carbon manufacturing.
